Climate change is projected to not only transform plant and animal communities, pushing some to the edge, but it will essentially shrink the habitat viability of where wildlife lives. Resiliency depends largely upon giving animals (and plants) plenty of terrain where they can move in accordance with the natural food that gives them sustenance.
