Meghan Gupta, an undergrad at Yale, sends a message to herself in middle age

Meghan, from Ann Arbor, Michigan, just completed her first year at Yale University. She is interested in wild-bison conservation efforts, feminist anthropology and human rights law. At Yale, she has been a community health educator, member of the Undergraduate Title 9 Advisory Board, and Splash! teacher. "I love spending time in nature because I feel that it is comprised of environments that challenge me to think deeply about myself and my impact in my community," she says. "Because our actions, both good and bad, are so visible in nature, it is a place where I can think deeply and critically about the way I hold myself in all aspects of life."
