This week John Potter finds inspiration in the recent controversy involving a clash between backcountry skiers in Wyoming’s Tetons and a remnant and dwindling herd of bighorn sheep that are left stressed by off-piste skiers and snowboarders invading their winter haunts. “It’s All Relative,” a nature cartoon by Potter —who is erstwhile a respected fine art painter of wildlife and Western landscapes—appears exclusively at Mountain Journal (mountainjournal.org).
