What Makes Yellowstone Stand Above The Rest?

After four decades in uniform, Dan Wenk riffs on what he loves about America's first national park

Dan Wenk has had an illustrious career with the National Park Service, one of the most beloved agencies in American government. No assignment, not even his time as acting national director, has sparked his passions more, than his tenure in Yellowstone.
